Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups tomato soup
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Frank’s Red Hot
- 1 TBSP onion powder
- 4 English muffins, cut in half
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half diagonally
Directions
- In large skillet over med-high heat; cook meat, onion and bell pepper
- Drain off fat
- Add tomato soup, BBQ sauce, salt, onion powder and hot sauce
- Turn heat to med-low and simmer 8 mins
- Check flavor, add more hot sauce if desired
- Toast English muffins
- Spoon over split muffins
- Add cheese on top
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
