Ingredients
- 1 lb medium shrimp, frozen, deveined, peeled, tail off
- 4 green onions, sliced diagonally 1†lengths
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 TBSP rice vinegar
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2-3 handfuls of spinach (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
Directions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high med-high heat. Add cooking oil, shrimp and broccoli. cook about 7 mins
- Add sauce, cook another 5 mins
- In separate skillet over med-high heat, sauté onions, garlic and ginger for 1 min
- Add to shrimp skillet, continue to cook until shrimp is done
- Add spinach if desired, stir until wilted
- Serve with rice
- Garnish with sesame seeds
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
