Do you hate the feeling of not knowing what you’re going to make for dinner or what you have thawed or in the fridge? I started meal planning for myself years ago, just to reduce the amount of stress I experience on a daily basis around the question of “what’s for dinner”? I plan a month at a time, because that is what works for me. I do one major grocery trip per month with supplemental for perishable items as needed. I’ve created a by the week meal plan for you, if you prefer to plan a month out, just combine 4-5 weeks at a time. I hope you enjoy these dinners as much as we did!
