Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper fl akes
- Orange zest
- Cornstarch for dredging chicken
Directions
- Dredge chicken in cornstarch
- In large skillet, brown chicken over med-high heat
- In crockpot; combine all ingredients and whisk together
- Add chicken
- Cook on low 3-4 hours
- Serve over rice
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
