Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 TBSP white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves, fresh
  • ¼ cup fresh oregano leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Blend together in food processor until minced and well blended

Notes:

This is excellent over any meat, adds a robust flavor that everyone will love.

I reduced the amount of oil in this recipe, to get the fat content down. If you want, add more oil for a thinner sauce.
