Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8-10 slices of swiss cheese
- 4 slices of ham, thin, cooked
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Spray a large casserole dish with cooking oil
- Place chicken breast in ziplock baggie or under plastic wrap, one at a time
- Pound each breast to uniform thickness, between ¼†to ½â€
- Cut breast in half, diagonally
- Sprinkle both sides of breasts with salt and pepper
- Put 1 to 1-1/2 cheese slices on each breast to cover chicken completely
- Top with ham slice
- Roll up and secure with a toothpick (or by tucking the flap underneath)
- Arrange in casserole dish (spaced out or tight together, depending on size)
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top
- Place in oven and bake 35-40 mins
- Arrange cheese 1 to 2 slices on top to fully cover breast
- Place in oven and bake for 5 mins or until cheese melted
