Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 8-10 large lettuce leaves
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TBSP Soy sauce
- 2 TBSP Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 8oz can water chestnuts, chopped finely
- 4-5 green onions, sliced
- White rice, cooked
Directions
- Rinse and pat dry lettuce leaves, set aside
- In a large skillet over med-high heat; cook ground meat until browned, 5-7 mins
- Drain fat
- Transfer to a bowl, set aside
- Return skillet to stove; sauté onions until tender, about 5-10 mins
- Add hoisin sauce, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and sriracha sauce. Stir and cook 3-4 mins
- Add water chestnuts, green onions and beef. Stir and cook 2-3 mins
- Arrange lettuce leaves on platter
- Put scoop of rice on leaf
- Top with beef mixture
