Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen tator tots
- 1 lb ground meat
- ¼ cup taco seasoning
- 1 pgk cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2-3 cups salsa
- 12 oz sour cream
Toppings
- Black olives
- Onions
- Guacamole
- Lettuce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F (or temperature noted on tator tots)
- Cook tator tots per package instructions until crispy
- In a large skillet over med-high heat, brown ground meat until done. Drain off fat
- Add taco seasoning and stir to coat meat evenly
- Add cheese and stir to combine
- Spray a large casserole dish with cooking oil
- Arrange tator tots on bottom of casserole dish. Top with meat and cheese
- Cook 5-10 mins until cheese begins to melt
- Remove from oven and top with chosen toppings
