Tator Totchos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tator tots
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • ¼ cup taco seasoning
  • 1 pgk cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 cups salsa
  • 12 oz sour cream

Toppings

  • Black olives
  • Onions
  • Guacamole
  • Lettuce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F (or temperature noted on tator tots)
  2. Cook tator tots per package instructions until crispy
  3. In a large skillet over med-high heat, brown ground meat until done. Drain off fat
  4. Add taco seasoning and stir to coat meat evenly
  5. Add cheese and stir to combine
  6. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking oil
  7. Arrange tator tots on bottom of casserole dish. Top with meat and cheese
  8. Cook 5-10 mins until cheese begins to melt
  9. Remove from oven and top with chosen toppings
