Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 green onion, 1†lengths. Separate white and green parts
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 TBSP dried Basil, for garnish
Sauce
- 2 TBSP oyster sauce
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 3 tsp sugar
- 2 TBSP water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Mix sauce ingredients in medium bowl, set aside
- In large skillet over med-high heat; sauté garlic and red pepper, 10 secs
- Add white part of onion and chicken, cook 5 mins
- Add sauce, cook 4 mins
- Add green onion and basil. Cook until wilted and chicken fully cooked
- Serve over rice
- Garnish with Basil
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
