Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2-3 handfuls spinach, optional
- 2 TBSP dried basil, for garnish
Sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 TBSP chili garlic sauce
Directions
- In large bowl; mix sauce ingredients, set aside
- In large skillet over med-high heat; sauté chicken until 90% done
- Add sauce and spinach, cook until chicken is done and spinach wilted
- Serve over rice
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
