Ingredients
- 10 hot dogs, 1/4†slices
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 TBSP Creole Seasoning
- 2 TBSP dry minced onion
- 1 pkg rotini pasta
- 3-4 cups spinach
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta as directed on box
- In large skillet, on med-high heat; brown hot dogs.
- Stir in tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, creole seasoning, salt and minced onion.
- Cook 3-4 mins, then turn to low and continue to simmer for 10 mins
- Add spinach and noodles. Stir.
- Turn off heat, continue to stir until spinach is wilted
- Serve with Parmesan cheese as garnish
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
