Ingredients
- 2-3 Steaks
- Salt & Pepper
Marinade
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
- Mix marinade ingredients together, pour into ziplock bag
- Add steaks to ziplock bag
- Marinade steaks for 1-3 hours in the fridge, flip once or twice
- Remove steaks from fridge at least 30 mins before cooking
- Turn over broiler to Hi
- Line cookie sheet with foil
- Place cookie sheet in oven to warm
- Remove steaks from marinade
- Salt and Pepper both sides of steaks
- Place on cookie sheet
- Broil 3 mins each side
- Turn oven to 350F and continue to cook until steaks reach 5 degrees less than desired level of doneness
- Let steaks rest for 5 mins before cutting or serving
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
