Ribeye Steak

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Steaks
  • Salt & Pepper

Marinade

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together, pour into ziplock bag
  2. Add steaks to ziplock bag
  3. Marinade steaks for 1-3 hours in the fridge, flip once or twice
  4. Remove steaks from fridge at least 30 mins before cooking
  5. Turn over broiler to Hi
  6. Line cookie sheet with foil
  7. Place cookie sheet in oven to warm
  8. Remove steaks from marinade
  9. Salt and Pepper both sides of steaks
  10. Place on cookie sheet
  11. Broil 3 mins each side
  12. Turn oven to 350F and continue to cook until steaks reach 5 degrees less than desired level of doneness
  13. Let steaks rest for 5 mins before cutting or serving

Notes:

Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
