Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts, cubed
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup soy milk, plain
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- Pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl; add lemon juice to soy milk to make a vegan buttermilk
- Mix together flour, salt and garlic in a small bowl
- In another bowl; add panko crumbs
- Dip the chicken first in the flour, then buttermilk, then panko
- Place on a cookie sheet as each is completed
- Spray with cooking oil
- Place in air fryer basket and spray second side
- Cook at 375 F for 10 mins
- Flip
- Cook for another 10 mins
