Ingredients
Crust
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
Topping
- 1/4 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 1 pgk mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pizza Topping Options
- Sausage
- Bacon
- Sauerkraut
- Pepperoni
- Olives
- Mushrooms
- Bell Peppers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Mix crust ingredients in a large bowl
- Take a fourth of the crust mix and form into tight ball in your hands
- Press down onto a cookie sheet until 1/8†thick, continuing to press tightly into itself
- Round edge up slightly
- Make remaining 3 crusts
- Move crusts to roasting rack that will let fat drain off
- Spread marinara sauce out over the 4 crusts
- Sprinkle half of cheese over the 4 crusts
- Add desired toppings
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
- Bake for 20-25 mins
