Pad See Ew

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/2 pgk Rice Noodles
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-3 handfuls Spinach, optional

Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 TBSP water

Directions

  1. Prepare noodles according to packet
  2. In large skillet over med-high heat, sauté garlic for 15 seconds
  3. Add chicken, cook until 90% done
  4. Add sauce, noodles and spinach. Stir to coat evenly, cook until chicken done and spinach is wilted

Notes:

Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
