Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts, cubed
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 TBSP Smokehouse maple seasoning
- 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- In large skillet over med-high heat; saute onion and ginger until softened
- Add bacon, cook 2-3 mins
- Add chicken, cook 3-4 mins
- Drain off fat
- Add brown sugar and maple syrup, stir
- Add seasonings
- Serve over rice
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
