Ingredients
- 3 TBSP butter
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail-off
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Lemon pepper
- 2 TBSP parsley, for garnish
Directions
- In a large skillet over med-high heat, melt butter.
- Add shrimp and cook until just turning pink
- Add remaining ingredients and finish cooking
- Serve over rice
- Garnish with parsley
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
