Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2-3 handfuls of spinach, optional
- 1/4 cup BBQ Rub
Sauce
- 4 TBSP Butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- In small saucepan over medium heat; melt butter
- Add garlic, sauté 2-3 mins
- Stir in hot sauce and honey, cook for 3-5 mins
- Coat chicken with BBQ rub
- In large skillet, over med-high heat; sauté chicken until 90% done
- Add sauce, cook 3-4 mins
- Add spinach
- Cook until chicken is done and spinach is wilted
- Serve over rice
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
