Ingredients
- Chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 3 cups Spinach
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 TBSP Rice wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
- Mix sauce ingredients, set aside
- Coat chicken with cornstarch
- In saute pan over med-high heat, cook chicken until 90% done
- Add sauce, stir and cook 2 mins
- Add Spinach, stir and cook until completely wilted and chicken is done
- Serve over rice
- Garnish with Sesame Seeds
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
