Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts, cubed
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TBSP paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup yogurt, plain
- 1 TBSP white wine vinegar
Directions
- In large skillet over med-high heat; melt butter.
- Add onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender, about 10 mins
- Add garlic, paprika and cayenne, cook 2 mins
- Mix flour and broth together. Pour into skillet. Cook 2 mins
- Add chicken and simmer until cooked
- Stir in yogurt and vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed
- Serve over rice
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
