Egg Roll Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 16 oz bag coleslaw (no dressing)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 TBSP sesame seeds
  • Sweet Hot Mustard

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, over med-high heat; brown meat. Drain fat
  2. Add chopped onion, cook 5 mins
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 min
  4. Add coleslaw greens and soy sauce, cook 5 mins
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
  6. Serve with Hot Mustard

Notes:

Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.

I use ground turkey, but any ground meat could be used in this recipe.
