Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 16 oz bag coleslaw (no dressing)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 TBSP sesame seeds
- Sweet Hot Mustard
Directions
- In a large skillet, over med-high heat; brown meat. Drain fat
- Add chopped onion, cook 5 mins
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 min
- Add coleslaw greens and soy sauce, cook 5 mins
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
- Serve with Hot Mustard
Notes:
Spinach can be added to most any skillet meal. Throw a couple handfuls in about 2-3 mins before the meal is done and stir until wilted.
I use ground turkey, but any ground meat could be used in this recipe.
